When we arrive at the property, we will do a walkthrough and guide the owners on what should be moved or added. Before we arrive we will give you a preparation check list. Declutter rooms, tidy surfaces, open curtains and blinds, turn all lights on and make sure each space feels inviting. Small touches such as fresh flowers, neatly arranged cushions and a well-presented garden can help your property look its best and create a great first impression.
